DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY(X- rays)

With our state–of–the art Siemens Multix Pro System we can capture images of great quality. The images are then processed digitally instead of on traditional photographic film. The advantages to the patient of the digital system are:

• Less time spent under general anesthesia or sedation as the x-rays processing time is less than 30 seconds per x-ray film.
• Much improved image quality leading to increased diagnostic capability.
• Capability of sending x-ray images via e-mail to specialists for their opinion. We can have a full x-ray report by an overseas specialist within minutes.
• Digital storage of images allowing easy access to previous archived x-rays.
